What are the 7 powers of the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is not merely a mystical presence but the very breath, wisdom, and power of God working in and through believers. Isaiah 11:2 offers one of the clearest biblical outlines of the Holy Spirit's attributes, describing seven distinct manifestations—often called the seven powers or spirits of the Holy Spirit. These powers were fully embodied in Jesus Christ and are given to believers to live godly and victorious lives. Isaiah 11:2 (KJV)     " And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. "           Let’s look at each power in detail: 1. The Spirit of the Lord           This is the foundational presence of the Holy Spirit—the sovereign power of God that rests upon a person for divine assignment. It represents God’s anointing, approval, and presence.   ...

You can still make it right

We live in a world where waywardness and lawlessness are the order of the day. Many vibrant young people with great and bright futures are subjected to lifetime suffering due to the bad choices they made against the very cause of their existence. Was it that life is unfair to allow them to suffer so much for that singular mistake?
Well, the truth remains that life is an opportunity to live a purposeful life, and when the purpose is neglected then it suffers a lifetime fate for a misuse of opportunity. Because life is good, living it outside the very purpose of why it was meant makes the entire journey of life miserable.
As they used to say, one does not know what he has until he loses it. There was a young man from a rich and well-respected family. His father worked so hard to provide for him, and his younger brother to the extent of employing servants to work and assist them.
So, one day he walked up to his father and told him to divide his wealth into two and give him half of it probably because he thinks he is a full-grown man and can survive on his father’s watch. His father did as he said, divided his property into two, and gave him half of it. He took the money and traveled out to a far country, made new friends, and partied around until he spent all the money without making any investment.
Since there was no money again, friends left him and he was left alone to carry his cross of homelessness and starvation till he got a job to feed pigs, but that was not enough for him to make ends meet. He kept on suffering till he remembered where he was coming from, and how his father’s servants were fed and he decided to go back even if to become one of his father’s servants.  And when he returned home, his father received him back with love and threw a welcome feast for his return.
Luke 15:11-32
Everyone has the right to make their own choice of life to live, but when the choice made is not in line with God’s will then living becomes a lifetime torture.
In the story of this rich man’s son, he was living without a fulfilling life and when he lavished all the resources to fulfill life, his life became imbalanced because he spent only on living life and made no provision for a fulfilling life. Proverbs 14:28
The beauty of a man is to live and fulfill the very purpose of his life. Being alive alone is not enough because life will be imbalanced when it is not fulfilling but only living. To live life is very easy to go with, and to also fulfill life is very difficult because it takes being disciplined to know that life is worth living when fulfilling the very purpose why it was created in the first place.
The popular quote that says“nothing good comes so easy” should enlighten us on how hard, demanding, and stressful the path to a fulfilling life is. Becoming great demands a lot of work, a lot of accomplishment, and fulfillment, and not on a platter of gold. Not to become a parasite that depends on others to survive the heat of life.
You might have made the wrong decisions that have kept you in a state of suffering, tired of life and hopelessness. But even at that, the truth remains that you can still make it right. Why not rewrite your wrongs by stepping up to your responsibility in life and making a good meaning out of your life without depending on anyone to survive life?
The greatest mistake of life is to know you made a mistake and remain on it to confront issues of life. Yes, it is a mistake but some mistakes are meant to be learned from, raised, and become greater with. It completely becomes a mistake when nothing is learned from it.
Do not wait till it gets worse before you can make things right. It does not matter if you keep on failing, keep trying there is no success without failure.

Benefits of praying at 12 midnight

We all already know that there are evil activities that take place at midnight, and our safety lies in the power of our prayers. Since the kingdom of darkness operates at midnight, it is our duty as Christians to also stay awake to wage war against their schemes in our lives, destinies, and everything that concerns us.    The enemy can operate at any time; that is why the word of God urged us to stay vigilant at all times because our enemy, the devil, is never tired of trying to harm us. 1 peter 5:8   We will be discussing the benefits of midnight prayer. Prayer should be part of our daily lifestyle because, in the Bible, we are instructed to pray without season according to 1 Thessalonians 5:17    So, the reason for the midnight prayer is that it is the time evil is at work, and to pray at that time is to avert those evil activities from having any effect on our lives.    Acts 16:22-40 revealed the benefit of midnight prayer when Paul and Silas...
