What are the 7 powers of the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is not merely a mystical presence but the very breath, wisdom, and power of God working in and through believers. Isaiah 11:2 offers one of the clearest biblical outlines of the Holy Spirit's attributes, describing seven distinct manifestations—often called the seven powers or spirits of the Holy Spirit. These powers were fully embodied in Jesus Christ and are given to believers to live godly and victorious lives. Isaiah 11:2 (KJV)     " And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. "           Let’s look at each power in detail: 1. The Spirit of the Lord           This is the foundational presence of the Holy Spirit—the sovereign power of God that rests upon a person for divine assignment. It represents God’s anointing, approval, and presence.   ...

You are special in God's eyes Bible verse

You Are Special in God’s Eyes

In a world where worth is often measured by appearances, achievements, or popularity, it's easy to feel overlooked, insignificant, or unimportant. But the truth of God's Word tells a different story. You are not a random being walking the earth—you are a treasured creation, deeply loved and uniquely designed by God Himself. No matter what others think of you or even what you think of yourself, you are special in God’s eyes.

1. God Knows You Personally

      Psalm 139:13-14 (NIV) says:

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

God didn’t create you by accident or rush through your design. He carefully crafted every part of you—your personality, your abilities, your purpose. Just like an artist takes time with a masterpiece, God took time with you. This verse reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. That means we are created with awe and intention. You are not common; you are God’s masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10).

2. You Are Precious to God

Isaiah 43:4 (NIV) reveals God’s heart:

"Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life."

The word “precious” in this verse shows your value in God’s eyes. To Him, you are worth protecting, loving, and redeeming. In fact,  God gave His only Son, Jesus, to die for you—this is the greatest expression of how much He treasures you (John 3:16). When you doubt your value, remember that God gave the highest price to bring you close to Him.

3. You Are Loved with an Everlasting Love

      Jeremiah 31:3 (NIV) says:

"The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: 'I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.'"

God’s love isn’t temporary or based on your performance. It's everlasting. That means it doesn’t fade with time, and it isn’t affected by your failures or flaws. You are special because God chose to love you endlessly. He doesn't regret loving you, and nothing can separate you from that love (Romans 8:38-39).

4. God Delights in You

Zephaniah 3:17 (NIV) gives this beautiful image:

"The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love, he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."

Think about that for a moment—God delights in you. He rejoices over you with singing. That’s not the image of a distant or angry God; it’s the image of a loving Father who finds joy in your presence. Even when you feel broken or discouraged, God’s heart is full of gladness when He looks at you.

5. You Have a Purpose

You are not here by chance. God created you with a divine purpose that only you can fulfill. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) says:

"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

You matter to God, and your life has meaning. He has a plan for you, and He walks with you every step of the way.

No matter what voices of rejection or doubt try to tell you, God’s Word stands firm: You are deeply loved, wonderfully made, and incredibly valuable in His eyes. You don’t have to strive to earn His approval—He already sees you as special and beloved.

So today, take a moment to quiet the noise of the world and listen to the truth of your identity in Christ. Let God’s Word sink deep into your heart. You are not forgotten. You are not average. You are God’s precious child.

Prayer:

Father, thank You for loving me unconditionally. Help me to see myself through Your eyes—fearfully and wonderfully made, precious, and dearly loved. Remind me daily that my worth comes from You, not the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Benefits of praying at 12 midnight

We all already know that there are evil activities that take place at midnight, and our safety lies in the power of our prayers.
