Favour is more than receiving blessings or experiencing success. In the Bible, God’s favour represents His gracious kindness, divine help, approval, protection, and purpose working through ordinary people. It is the hand of God making a way, strengthening His children, and positioning them to fulfill His will.

Throughout Scripture, we see different expressions of God’s favour. Noah found favour in a world that had turned away from God. Joseph experienced favour even in the middle of betrayal and hardship. Esther received favour at a critical moment and became an instrument of deliverance. Mary was highly favoured to carry the promise of the Savior.
God’s favour does not always mean a life without challenges. Sometimes His favour opens doors, and sometimes it gives us the strength to endure closed doors and difficult seasons. It is His presence with us in every circumstance, reminding us that we are never forgotten.

1. Divine Favour

Joseph had favor in Potiphar’s house and the prison. Even when wrongly accused, favor followed him.
Prayer Point: Father, give me favor with those You have placed in positions to bless or support me. Let hearts be moved in my favor. (Genesis 39:21)
3. Favour for Purpose and Assignment
“And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.” Esther 2:15
God grants favor to position His people for specific assignments. Esther’s favor wasn't just for luxury—it was for a kingdom assignment: to save her people from destruction.
Esther was elevated to queenship because of favor, and it positioned her to be a deliverer.

5. Favour in Promotion
“For promotion cometh… from God: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.” Psalm 75:6–7

6. Favour for Prosperity
