Examples of messengers of God

1. Moses – Deliverer and Lawgiver

    Exodus 3:10 – “Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.”

           Moses was directly commissioned by God through a burning bush to deliver Israel from Egyptian bondage. He spoke face to face with God (Exodus 33:11) and carried God's messages of judgment, deliverance, and the Ten Commandments. His obedience and intercession made him one of the greatest messengers in biblical history.

2. Elijah – Prophet of Fire and Restoration

    1 Kings 18:36 – “Let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and I am Your servant.”

         Elijah boldly confronted King Ahab and the prophets of Baal, calling Israel back to the worship of Yahweh. He delivered messages of warning, judgment, and miraculous provision. His dramatic ministry and ascension into heaven in a chariot of fire (2 Kings 2:11) confirmed his heavenly mandate.
