Prayer for Healing Heart Attack

God the Healer of the Heart

A heart attack may shake the body, but God is the strength of our hearts and our portion forever (Psalm 73:26). In our moments of physical weakness, we can look to God as our ultimate Healer. He created the body, and He has the power to restore it.

Psalm 103:2-3 – “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits—who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases.

Scriptures for Healing and Strength

a. God Heals the Broken and Wounded

Jeremiah 30:17 – “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord.

b. The Lord is Your Strength

Psalm 73:26 – “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

c. Long Life is Promised

Psalm 91:15-16 – “He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.

d. Jesus Healed All Who Came to Him

Matthew 8:16-17 – “...He healed all the sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: ‘He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.’”

Prayer for Healing After a Heart Attack

Heavenly Father,

I thank You for the gift of life and for sustaining me through this heart attack. I come before You with faith, knowing that You are the God who heals. Your Word says that by the stripes of Jesus I am healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, touch every artery, every valve, every chamber of my heart. Restore the rhythm, the flow, and the strength in Jesus’ Name.

I rebuke fear and anxiety. Your Word says, “Let not your heart be troubled” (John 14:1), so I declare peace over my heart. Lord, heal me emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Replace every weakness with divine strength. Let my heart beat in sync with Your divine purpose.

I claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, that You will restore me to health. Let Your breath of life flow through my body. Let the blood of Jesus flush out every toxin, every clot, and every blockage.

Give wisdom to the doctors, strength to my caregivers, and grace to my family. Be glorified in my healing. Let this be a testimony of Your power and mercy.

In Jesus’ Name, I declare healing, wholeness, and divine restoration.

Amen.
