What are the 7 powers of the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is not merely a mystical presence but the very breath, wisdom, and power of God working in and through believers. Isaiah 11:2 offers one of the clearest biblical outlines of the Holy Spirit's attributes, describing seven distinct manifestations—often called the seven powers or spirits of the Holy Spirit. These powers were fully embodied in Jesus Christ and are given to believers to live godly and victorious lives. Isaiah 11:2 (KJV)     " And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. "           Let’s look at each power in detail: 1. The Spirit of the Lord           This is the foundational presence of the Holy Spirit—the sovereign power of God that rests upon a person for divine assignment. It represents God’s anointing, approval, and presence.   ...

The truth is for sell

You go to the market intending to buy or sell. There are different business strategies sellers use in selling their goods and services and if a buyer is not clever enough he will buy fake products without knowing.        In case you are not aware, the world is a marketplace where you are either a buyer or a seller( you might not even know the category you fell into)because  a seller, sells to make a profit, and a buyer, buys for consumption is their source of survival. The fact remains that both of them work together for the cause of living.         If there is one thing humanity needs now to survive, it is the Truth. And if there is one thing hell is fighting from reaching humanity, it is still the message of Truth. Also, one thing that made Christ leave the comfort of heaven down to earth was to share the Truth.  He laid down His life for this message and eventually died for it.         Thi...

Hindrances to God’s promises

Many things are hindering God’s promises upon the lives of  His children. God is not a man that He should lie and whatever He says He will do  (Numbers 23:19; Isaiah 55:11) .  What are these promises of God?           God made so many promises to man. His thoughts for man are for everything good and not for anything evil Jeremiah 29:11 . God’s plan and will are for the betterment of man. He created man to be good and to enjoy every good thing in life. Because before the creation of man, God first of all made a provision for man’s accommodation ( Genesis 1 and 2).             Before you think of God’s promises, you should first of all try to know what made God make such promises unto the man He created.  - Man is the image of God : God is present on earth and has His representative physically manifesting for Him on earth. So, you do not need to look for Him on earth because He put man in t...

School of Satan's Will

School of Satan’s will:      Satan should not be given any credit at all because he is not worth it. He is a prodigal servant who out of envy, jealousy, and desire for power conspired against God, and God cast him and his cohorts out of heaven down here on earth.    His ambitious desire made him darkness because he was and is against the sovereignty of light. And in darkness, beneath the earth, he formed a formless and empty kingdom with his angels because he was not God, but an imposter that does not have an idea nor know what it takes to rule in Genesis 1:2a.         Satan was never the boss and when the owner of the earth came, He(God) brought the innovation and ideas that terraformed earth to be inhabitable according to Genesis 1 and 2 .    The Boss Himself opened His first school He called Eden(which means paradise) on earth and admitted two students His first topic in the class is in Genesis 2:16-17  Remember, Satan was t...

Joseph; a student at the school of God's will

Joseph was 17years old when he became a student at the school of God’s will in Genesis 37:2a.  In God’s school he learned to be truthful, well-mannered, and disciplined that he was not corrupt like his brothers but instead reported their corrupt activities to their father in Genesis 37:2b .   His seriousness and commitment to learning from God made him find love and a timeless reward from his father for his punctuality, truthfulness, and accuracy in his field of learning in Genesis 37:3 .     In  Genesis 37:4 , he was hated by his brothers due to his outstanding performances and for the reward of his faithfulness.   In Genesis 37:5-10 , God revealed to him the academic calendar made for him throughout his time of learning in His school, and when he told none-students of his school God’s will for his life they envied him and sought to destroy such magnificent will by all means in Genesis 37: 11-35 .    God runs a universal school that ...

The right source to seek for help

All that is happening in the world today made everyone in one way or another look for help. Many are in hospitals and spiritual places for help, and some are drunk to ease themselves of life's frustration and pain.          Help from religion. Help from bad government. Help from domestic violence. Help from sickness. Help from poverty e.t.c          A woman asked for help from her friend, and after a few hours of narrating her problems to her, her friend told her she also needed help and could not be of help to her. Does it mean she made a mistake by telling her what she is going through? But the truth remains that she was looking for help from someone who needed help.          The truth is that we have sought help everywhere but remain helpless because we have not asked the only one who is capable of helping us solve that problem Psalm 121:1-2.          In ver...

Benefits of praying at 12 midnight

We all already know that there are evil activities that take place at midnight, and our safety lies in the power of our prayers. Since the kingdom of darkness operates at midnight, it is our duty as Christians to also stay awake to wage war against their schemes in our lives, destinies, and everything that concerns us.    The enemy can operate at any time; that is why the word of God urged us to stay vigilant at all times because our enemy, the devil, is never tired of trying to harm us. 1 peter 5:8   We will be discussing the benefits of midnight prayer. Prayer should be part of our daily lifestyle because, in the Bible, we are instructed to pray without season according to 1 Thessalonians 5:17    So, the reason for the midnight prayer is that it is the time evil is at work, and to pray at that time is to avert those evil activities from having any effect on our lives.    Acts 16:22-40 revealed the benefit of midnight prayer when Paul and Silas...
